As a professional carving his name in the outsourcing walk of fame, he has undergone the hardships himself and has overcome the challenges with his head held high. As an educator, he has mastered the art of teaching and believes in the value of getting viable education to eventually land scores of employment opportunities. As a husband and father, he learned the virtue of dreaming big and working hard for the future of the next generation. Notwithstanding his Californian upbringing, Mr. Lao remains a Filipino at heart.
