I. Relationship with STS Training Center

i. Your relationship with the company shall be subject to and founded on the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.

II. Copyright and Licenses

i. STS Training Center owns the copyright of all content, graphics, videos and web properties found at the site, as protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

ii. Distribution, republication or reproduction of any text, graphics, code or software is not permitted.

iii. Subscribers are allowed to print and download materials for personal, non-commercial practices and without alterations or deletions of any copyright or ownership notices from the materials.

iv. You agree to grant STS Training Center a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, with the right to distribute or reproduce any material or information submitted to any public area of the site, which material shall be attributed to your persona.

v. You agree that you have no legal option against STS Training Center for alleged or actual intellectual property infringement or misappropriation.

III. Use of the Site.

i. You assume sole risk and responsibility for your use of the site, its products and services, and the Internet as a whole. STS Training Center provides the site and all related content on an "as is" basis and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect costs resulting from transactions through the Internet or other service providers.

ii. You understand that STS Training Center is an independent web site and that it does not endorse or accept responsibility over links to the aforementioned.

IV. Personally Identifiable Information

i. STS Training Center will contact guests who: (a) specifically requested to be contacted; (b) have signed up for membership; or (c) have purchased any of our products or services. Personally identifiable information are collected from users through voluntary online registration and/or purchases.

ii. STS Training Center uses this information solely for internal marketing purposes. No information shall be sold, exchanged, released, or shared with any third party other than for billing and shipping purposes.

V. Termination.

i. This Agreement shall terminate upon either party's withdrawal from their roles as site owner and subscriber at any time. The Copyright and Use of Site provisions shall survive such termination.
